On October 28th, 2020 University of Applied Science Deggendorf, delivered a three-hour online-lecture about “Academic course and module development in German Universities of Applied Science”.
The virtual academic exchange was delivered to an audience of teachers and University leaders from Shaanxi Vocational and Technical Collage and the “One Belt – One Road Vocational Education Alliance”, PR China.
During the online academic exchange it was shown how academic courses and modules at German Universities of Applied Science are designed and created. It also showed, how academic courses are steadily reviewed, in order to keep up with innovations or new industrial developments, like for example Big Data, Industry 4.0 or Smart Manufacturing.
This lecture was a big success and BSK International will continue to undertake online academic exchanges on various topics, like for example German dual education system, 1+X or University-Enterprise Cooperation. Covid-19 has stopped international travel, but it cannot stop international academic exchange and cooperation.
